Gift Guide 2022 for him
This one is for all my ladies out there- men are easily the hardest people to shop for on your list right?
I looooove gift giving and even I struggle from year to year with what to get my guys. They either have everything they need, get what they need themselves, or don’t even have anything to ask for. Let’s help make your holiday shopping for the men in your life a little easier with this gift guide!
Premier league map poster- My boyfriend is super into premier league soccer so this was the best gift for him. He lived alone and had zero decoration on his walls so honestly anything would have worked. But if your guy isn’t into soccer I highly suggest finding some version of this but for their favorite sport and framing it to add a little decor to their apartment and life! This was the best gift because even though he didn’t care about having anything on his walls, he loved looking at it and it was a nice touch of decoration to a very bachelor looking apartment.
Royal coffee- Royal coffee is going to be in soooo many of my gifts this year. It is Organo’s new patent protected three mushroom blend of cordyceps, lion’s mane, and ganoderma lucidium(fruiting body of the reishi mushroom). It has a black coffee flavor, but has the medicinal benefits of all of the mushrooms. This coffee is so good for focus and all the mental benefits, every time I have a cup I clean the whole house so that should tell you enough!
Toiletry bag- My boyfriend was using a large ziploc bag to carry his toiletries when he traveled until this year so this would have been the perfect gift for him! Yes most men don’t really care about what they put their toiletries in, but how nice is it to help uplevel them into adulthood. This is one of those gifts that will last them forever so they’ll be thankful for it!
Patagonia better sweater fleece- If you live in a colder climate this is the perfect gift for your guy. I have actually gotten this gift for every man in my life because it’s stylish, warm, and versatile and they all love it! This can be warn as a mid layer when you’re skiing, over a button down for work, or just with jeans casually so it really is the ultimate fleece. Depending on their preferences they have both full zip and quarter zip options!
Mug with electric warmer- This mug with an electric warmer keeps your beverage at the perfect temperature so it never gets cold! If your guy is a tea or coffee drinker this is the perfect high tech gift that will keep their drinks warm all winter.
Fleece weighted blanket- If someone struggles to fall asleep then this is the gift they need! The weight has a calming effect on the body and helps you get into a parasympathetic state so you can doze off. Plus since this version is a fleece weighted blanket so it will keep you warm in the winter too!
LL Bean slippers- Everyone needs a good pair of slippers and these can double as indoor/outdoor slippers! Whether you use these slippers to walk the dog outside, or just as house shoes they are comfy and the perfect gift for any man in your life!
ABC joggers- Every guy in my life has gotten a pair of these joggers for one occasion or another and they are all obsessed. They are so comfortable while still being stylish! It’s the perfect way for them to go out of the house feeling like they’re in their pajamas but still looking good. Yes they are a bit of a splurge item but if your guy loves the adidas soccer pants then I promise they will love these joggers more!
Yellowbird hot sauce sampler- Maybe it’s just all the guys I know- but why is their meal of choice rice beef and hot sauce? Am I right or am I right? Give the man in your life a whole sampler of high quality hot sauces so he can change up that daily meal and keep it spicy. Plenty of hot sauces out there have trash ingredients but yellowbird is not one of them. You can also break these up and give them as stocking stuffers!
Nike Blazers- If you guy likes to lift this is the gift for him. They are stylish, go with almost any outfit, and also are phenomenal for lifting. They have high top or low versions so lots of options for your guy! Who doesn’t need an athletic pair of sneakers that also look good casually?
Herschel duffle bag- If your guy is like mine and he’s still using a nike duffle bag to travel with, this one’s for you. This duffle bag is decently sized and comes in so many different colors so there is a look for everyone on your list! I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas this year and he’s already so excited for our next trip!
Theragun prime- I am obsessed with my theragun and I am convinced that everyone needs one. Foam rolling is effective but personally I never do it, but we do use our theragun at least every week. Great for the athlete in your life for getting those tight muscles or just activating your muscles when you sit for extended periods of time. I also recommend looking-into the travel size, I have the prime equivalent but I often wish I had one that is small enough to travel with.
Counterman body wash- Guys need to swap over their personal care products too! Yes women use more personal care products and are exposed to more toxins than me but we can’t neglect that they need to decrease their toxic load as well! The easiest thing to have them swap is their deodorant and body wash. My boyfriend and dad love this body wash, it’s got a nice consistency and the smell is not too frilly for the guys in your life- 10/10 recommend.
