Order of Operations
I keep talking about “order of operations” but what does that mean??
There is a specific order in which things must be done in order to fully heal!
I have had so many people come to me saying- I’ve addressed all of these pieces but I am still not fully healed! What gives?
If you address these pieces out of order, then that’s exactly why you haven’t fully healed- ORDER DOES MATTER!
Why is order so important?
Drainage must always be first- you have to have a clear pathway for the toxins to leave your body. Foundations come with drainage, your body will need mitochondrial support so you have enough energy and to heal leaky gut or you won’t be absorbing all of the supplements you’re taking!
Parasites must always be second. They can hold up to 6x their body weight in heavy metals, mold, bacteria, and Lyme! If you don’t address parasites and skip right to later phases then you’ll keep running on the hamster wheel. You need to kill parasites in order to get those pathogens OUT so that you can heal fully.
Then comes mold & metals. Did you know that metals help parasites stay pathogenic?
Lyme comes next! Tried to kill Lyme over and over without these other pieces? Maybe that’s why you haven’t fully healed yet- Lyme comes later in the order!
Finally is viruses, chemicals, and radioactive elements!
