What is mind body spirit release?

Mind Body Spirit Release is a method designed to identify and release trapped emotions, trauma, limiting beliefs, hormones, and toxins (and more) that are playing a role in your physical, spiritual, and emotional health. We identify these subconscious imprints and release them without ever having to relive any of these events.

The body holds onto memories of stressors and trapped emotions or traumas and if they are not fully processed can lead to mood disorders like anxiety or depression, or physical ailments as well. Often, just talking through these issues is not enough as 95% of our mind’s activity is ruled by the subconscious.

Our body retains cellular memories- so it holds onto every emotion, limiting belief, hormone, and neurotransmitter that are tied to traumas in our lives. Whether or not our conscious mind remembers it, when these memories are brought to the forefront(positive or negative), they trigger the physical and emotional experience that comes along with it.

While we cannot control these reactions, because they are elicited by the subconscious mind, we can unlearn this response.

That is what we seek to do using MBSR- clear our emotional blocks or stressors so that we can fully heal, both physically and emotionally, and go on to live vibrant, happy, abundant, and healthy lives.

 
 

What does a session look like?

We start each session by drafting an intention of what you want to work through. I will then use energetic testing to identify what blocks need to be cleared by tapping into the subconscious through energetic testing. This is done through a form of muscle testing called ideomotor testing (ideo=idea, motor=muscle). Muscle testing is a form of binary biofeedback- the measure of our body’s response to a stimulus.

Once I have identified the collection of blocks or stressors that are impairing the body, I use a cold laser over acupressure points to calm the nervous system response and release the negative imprints stored in the subconscious.

When the body has cleared these stressors, individuals can be released from burdens brought on by years of stress and anxiety, which can allow deeper physical and emotional healing. Sessions can be held in person or remotely.

What should i expect after an mbsr session?

The physical and emotional releases that one may experience after a session vary depending on the individual. We are all bio-individual and what an individual experiences after the session may be as different as the individual or session itself.

Many people will feel an emotional veil is lifted after a session, while others may feel physical detox symptoms as the body feels safe enough to release stored physical and emotional toxins. These physical symptoms should be temporary, never lasting longer than 24-48 hours. At the end of the session I also equip you with tools to better acclimate your body until your following session should you choose to book another.
