Paleo Buffalo Chicken Dip

Let’s be honest, most tailgate food is not made to be paleo friendly.

Don’t let your paleo lifestyle be the reason that you can’t eat delicious food at every tailgate, super bowl party, and event this football season.

I know you’re tired of eating only the veggies off the snack plate and maybe sneaking a few hot wings. But there is a simple solution to your snack needs...

the simplest and most delicious Buffalo chicken dip out there.

This recipe is made from only three ingredients you literally can’t make a mistake when making it.

It’s creamy, packed with flavor, and going to wow even your friends who don’t want to eat anything “healthy”.

I like to use Simple Mills crackers to shovel spoonfuls of this dip into my mouth but if you’re low carb you can opt for celery and carrot sticks as your vessel.

I would suggest checking the ingredients on your hot sauce. Some are made simply while others are filled with lots of inflammatory oils and other things you won’t want to put in your body. Personally I love The New Primal Mild Buffalo sauce, it has great ingredients and is filled with flavor!

The key to making this recipe so creamy is Kite Hill dairy free cream cheese. It’s the perfect cream cheese replacement as it tastes pretty much identical. I can find it at my nearest Whole Foods, Giant, Sprouts, and even most Targets! You can opt for either the plain cream cheese or chive version for your recipe, I have tried both and they’re equally as amazing!

So what are you waiting for? Let’s get snacking!
